A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work at all. Others track you across the web. We use the first kind and avoid the second.
We ran a live audit of every page on this site on 14 June 2026. Here is exactly what we found.
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies anywhere on the site.
| Cookie name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token | Strictly necessary | Session | CSRF protection for the Cal.com booking scheduler on our subdomain. HttpOnly and Secure. Set only on the booking page. |
| __Secure-next-auth.callback-url | Strictly necessary | Session | Stores the callback URL for the Cal.com booking scheduler on our subdomain. Secure. Set only on the booking page. |
Both cookies are on the book.niftylabs.co.uk subdomain only. They are never set on the main site. They are cleared automatically when you close your browser.
The booking page also stores a small amount of data in your browser local storage on the booking subdomain: your time format preference, the theme setting for the embedded calendar, and a session message from Cal.com. This data never leaves your browser and is not sent to any server. The main site uses no local or session storage at all.
Because nothing non-essential loads before you act. Our analytics is cookieless, and the only cookies on the site are two session cookies that keep the booking scheduler working. If we ever add something that sets a non-essential cookie up front, we will add a proper consent control here first. We would rather not bury you in pop ups for the sake of it.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so for the booking embed may affect whether the scheduler works. Every major browser has guidance on how to do this in its help pages.
